In 2021, Ofgem engaged BRE Ltd. to assist with the creation of a scoring methodology for ECO4. Ofgem anticipates a requirement for ad hoc technical advice in response to questions which may arise during the scheme on:
The application of the scoring methodology; SAP and other ECO-related topics; and On new technologies not yet covered by the methodology.
Ofgem also anticipates a potential requirement for occasional updates to aspects of the scoring methodology, such as the creation of scores in relation to new technologies.
