The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) has invited tenders from contractors in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide an External Repairs & Re-Decorations, including communal area to 4 no. 3 storey high purpose built blocks comprising of 9 residential flats each within our council owned stock- Phase 4 (the Works) External Repairs and Decorations programme Phase 4 - Heather Lane, Yiewsley (the Project).
