Invitation to Mini Compete (ITMC)
Consultants invited to undertake a full survey of the carpark area and the upper concourse, and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors.
| • | Strip out and replacement of screed and paving to the upper level including tanking down to structural deck. |
| • | Removal of planters, ramps, and stairs |
| • | Prepare surfaces as required. |
| • | Provide new tanking to upper deck level. |
| • | Provide new paving on screeded base. |
| • | Reinstate planters, steps, and ramps. |
| • | Replace all upper and lower-level drainage. |
