2018 - 678 Transformative Leadership Development Programme

WM Housing Group is currently on a journey to completely transform its operating model over the next 3-5 years. This ambitious programme includes the following thematic areas of change;

• oBrand and Group Amalgamation
• oOrganisation Wide Lean
• oService Development
• oDigital Transformation
• oCustomer Service
• oOrganisational Development

Given the scale of the programme outlined above we recognise that we need to support our leaders and managers to deliver such large-scale change effectively. In order to provide the appropriate supports for our leaders and managers to better understand the leadership challenges of change, we would like to commission a leadership development programme specifically to support the first 4 tiers of management to effectively lead this transformative change.

• oExecutive Leadership Team - 4 members
• oSenior Leadership Team - 19 people inclusive of the 4 ELT members
• oHeads of Service - 29 members
• oManagers - 42 members

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.
