Demolition of Bilston United Football Club Building, Rooker Street, Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton City Council need to procure the services of a suitably qualified demolition contractor to demolish Bilston United Football Club, Rooker Avenue, Wolverhampton.

The Works comprise the demolition and removal off site of demolished materials including asbestos containing materials of an existing building to include associated outbuildings, structures and features including basements, foundations, bases, sumps and floor slabs.

Following demolition, the works are to include backfilling of voids and making up levels as required with imported topsoil of an approved grade to include testing of material and grading surfaces.

The proposed Contract for the works is the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 Edition and tenderers are assumed to be in receipt of a copy of this contract form and be familiar with the terms and conditions contained therein.

It is the intention that the Council appoint a single supplier to carry out these works.
