description
The works comprise the internal and external refurbishment of the barracks. This will consist of a new internal layout to include canteen, kitchen, sleeping accommodation, toilets and showers. There will be a new single storey extension to accommodate a plant room, toilet, and shower facilities.
The term of the contract shall be 4th September 2023 until 1st March 2024.
The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14.00Hrs on 7th June 2023.
