  1. The Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is utilising their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to award a contract to a Contractor, to deliver the construction of a rollback construction project for the British Embassy in Copenhagen. FCDO are looking reduce the amount of secure zone space in order to create a larger available working area, due to the increasing demand for non-secure workspaces. This working area is to include hot desks, meeting rooms, a premier conference room, tea point facilities and dynamic working spaces. A RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design has been completed for the works and construction, at this stage, is estimated at £500,000. The aim of this EOI, is to commission Design and Build construction for RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
