PHE is undergoing a programme of digital transformation to satisfy the needs of delivering PHE business goals, user needs and aligned to the wider goals of the Government Digital Service.
This covers a continuation of work undertaken by user research agency CX partners that was started in December. They have been undertaking an exploration of the user needs for PHE’s Health Intelligence and Sugar App tools and the aims for this work package are as follows:
