The framework covers reactive maintenance and planned maintenance, including minor works and refurbishments in the following lots:
Heating and Plumbing - including: water and gas, from repairs and maintenance to refurbishment projects.
Surfacing works - includes: resurfacing paths and roads.
Electrical Works - Including bulb changes to new fittings.
Roofing Services - Including: flat roofs, pitched tiles, from repairs and maintenance to replacement roofing projects.
General Building - including: joinery, minor repairs and planned projects.
