This quantitative research aims to evaluate the Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) scheme. The survey will investigate the impact of the scheme on the businesses using it; namely, whether there is a measurable improvement in their ability to recruit and retain employees. The research will also investigate how EMI is working for businesses, including how it is currently designed and targeted.
