Occupational Health for Staff Tender

Coventry University Higher Education Corporation Group (CUHECG) requires an Occupational Health Service that is able to provide a comprehensive range of services to its circa 4000 employees of the organisation. Close co-operation and liaison will be required between the medical and administrative staff of the successful Occupational Health Services provider and the Group’s Human Resources department (HR) and Safety Office.

The University intends to award the successful tenderer a 2 year contract with the option to extend for two further 1 year periods subject to the agreement of both parties. The contract commencement date shall be the 1st August 2015.

Delivery Notes

Please note that the CUHECG currently has no facilities on site for the provision of Occupational Health services. Suppliers’ will therefore need to ensure that they have appropriate local facilities from which they can provide the full range of services required. CUHECG is currently based on three sites, the main Coventry University campus based in Coventry, along with two subsidiary companies, one based in London and the other that is being developed in Scarborough. It will be necessary for the successful provider to provide or arrange services in all three locations.
