- Undertake a PAS 9980 to the attached list of Highrise in relation to meeting the Building Safety Act requirements
- Undertake the necessary structural surveys to the attached list of Highrise in relation to meeting the Building Safety Act requirements
- Support Magenta in being able to register all appropriate buildings by April 2023
- Development of Building Safety Cases & Reports in relation to the attached and be able to meet the deadline of Oct 2023 if called on to provide by the Building Safety Regulator
- Development of a Building Safety Policy including guidance document and management plan (Need to include roles & responsibilities matrix identifying the team responsible, the task and frequencies across the organisation)
- Review and development of Magenta's Fire Safety Policy, Guidance & Management Plan (Need to include roles & responsibilities matrix identifying, the team responsible, the task and frequencies across the organisation)
- Provide an outline Building Safety Strategy Document for Board to sign up to (We discussed that Savills have this in place which can be develop and mould around Magenta)
