TEC Partnership - Replacement of The B Block Roof

The TEC Partnership, formerly the Grimsby Institute Group, is one of England's largest providers of further and higher education. With a rich history of developing innovative training and education solutions for the community, the Partnership comprises the Grimsby Institute, University Centre Grimsby, East Riding College, Scarborough TEC (formerly Yorkshire Coast College), Skegness TEC (formerly Lincolnshire Regional College), The Academy Grimsby and Career 6. The project comprises of replacing the roof covering on our B Block building. This will require removing the existing roof and insulation before replacing. There are some structural repairs required to the parapet walling that will need to be conducted during this process. The details of this can be seen in document Rde6334.
