Bolsover District Council aims to enter into a contractual arrangement for the installation of Positive Input Ventilation Systems into its Council owned properties (domestic). The Council is part of a Strategic Alliance with North East Derbyshire District Council and as such this contract will be available for use by NEDDC with no obligation on them to do so. Neither Council guarantees volumes of work offered through this contract.

The contract will be let as a two year framework with the option of two extensions of up to twelve months each.

The successful contractor will be expected to respond to responsive one-off installations and Capital planned works programmes.

The anticipated budget may be in excess of £50,000 per annum

Contractors will have to demonstrate that they will have capacity and organisation to respond within agreed priority timescales and kpi’s

Call offs will be made in accordance with the instructions in this document. These may be by further competition or direct call off (following an assessment of capacity to deliver, capability for certain jobs etc.) and anticipated value of job and subject to Financial Regulations/Standing Orders.

  1.   1. Once registered access the site and from the Home page hover over 'Tenders' on the tool bar and select 'current tenders' from the drop down options

On doing so, you will instantly have access to the Tender Management area for that tender. Any available documentation will be available via the various relevant tabs. You can access this area at any point by logging in, navigating to `My Tenders` and selecting `View Details`.
  1. Responding to the tender - There will be a tab allocated to any tender stage (e.g. PQQ and/or ITT). Under the `My Tender Return` area, you will be required to complete any mandatory questionnaires and upload any requested documentation. You can now use the `Correspondence` function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification (any clarifications will be found within the `Clarifications` tab). - Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit your response. - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
