RETAIL AND LEISURE STUDY WITH RETAINED ADVICE

St.Helens Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake an updated Retail and Leisure Study and to also provide ongoing specialist retail planning advice on site-specific development proposals and policy formulation. Consultants will be retained over a maximum four-year period.

The Retail and Leisure Study will help inform and advise on the preparation of the new St.Helens Local Plan and therefore it should be carried out in compliance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG).
