Procurement of evaluation partner/s - Enhanced primary care and HWB pilots

External evaluation partners will be procured, in order to work in partnership with the national team and a nominated project lead for each pilot. Each programme will require one interim and final national evaluation that considers the deliverable across each pilot within the programme, value for money and any evidence of change, plus one individual evaluation of each system.

Suppliers are invited to bid for one or both Lots detailed below.

Lot 1: Enhanced health and wellbeing in systems

• Work with appointed systems to identify metrics, measurables, and current data available
• Ongoing engagement with system leads throughout process
• Interim national evaluation to be delivered in November 2021
• Final national evaluation to be delivered in March 2022
• Final individual system evaluations to be delivered in March 2022

Lot 2: Enhanced health and wellbeing primary care pilots

• Work with appointed pilot leads to identify metrics, measurables, and current data available (including attendance at national event to agree metrics)
• Ongoing engagement with pilot leads throughout process
• Interim national evaluation to be delivered in November 2021
• Final national evaluation to be delivered in March 2022
