The London Borough of Redbridge (LBR) is seeking to deliver a mixed-use development comprising of a Community Hub and housing at 100 Manford Way in Hainault. The Council is commissioning a Consultant with design and community engagement expertise to produce a RIBA Stage 1 Feasibility Report and supporting work.
