Leeds South and East Social Prescribing Market Engagement Event

Leeds South & East Clinical Commissioning Group would like to invite parties interested in providing Social Prescribing Services in the Leeds South and East area to a Market Engagement Event to discuss initial plans and the draft specification.

The draft agenda for the day is as follows:

• local demographics

• project vision

• collaborative working/joint bids

• procurement timescales/process

09:45 Break out workshop groups (x2 45 mins each)

11:15 Closing comments

11:30 Finish

Date: 29th April, 2015

Time: 9:00-11:30 (participants are requested to arrive before 9:00 for the event to start at 9:00)

Venue: Leeds Civic Hall (Calverley Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 1UR)

Parking is not available at the Civic Hall but there a number of car parks in the area.

We ask that all attendees take the time to read the draft specification prior to attending the event.

As space will be limited at the venue we would ask that bidders pre-register their attendance for up to 2 people so reception can be advised and access arranged.
