WDC/WCC - Demolition and Site Clearance of Covent Garden Site Car Park

Warwick District Council is seeking a contractor (or group of contractors) to carry out demolition works located at the site of the Covent Garden Car Park, Tavistock Street, Leamington Spa CV32 5QB.

The scope of works will generally include the demolition and removal of all materials from site of existing multi-storey car park and pedestrian link footbridge including design and provision of temporary works together with associated general site clearance to include removal of all street furniture and parking equipment, removal of trees and other soft landscaping, removal of hard landscaping surfaces, removal of foundations and below ground obstructions, disconnection, diversion and/or removal of existing services across the site. All as detailed in the Employer's Requirements.

Additional information: Warwick District Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
