The current building is split into two bungalows, being Lavender Court (1 Priors Close) and Respond (3 Priors Close). Both buildings currently have a layout comprising two kitchens, communal bathroom, laundry area, lounge, dining area, main office and ten bedrooms plus an office.

It is the client's intention to undertake works to both Respond and Lavender Court. The works comprise:

• Remodelling of 2 no. bungalows to create bedrooms with disabled en-suite facilities
• Revised kitchen, laundry and communal spaces
• Revised heating and electrical layout
• Provision of new fire alarm and associated fittings
• Options for assisted technology
• Division of external spaces
• New storage units externally
• Future proofing of building for all types of users with learning and physical disabilities
