2017 - 554 Ventilation Supply & Fit

WM Housing Group wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to 6 Service Providers (minimum of 3 on each lot) for the supply and installation of;

Filter less extract fans suitable for Kitchens and Bathroom's in social rented housing.

Whole house input ventilation systems, wall and loft mounted units.

Multiple input ventilation systems.

It is intended that Call Offs will be awarded in respect of the type of requirement administered by the Employer; this will primarily be for Lot 1 Supply Only and Lot 2 Supply and Installation.

The work will predominantly be across Whitefriars (Coventry) and Family Optima (Birmingham). It may also include work for WM Homes who operate in Worcester and Hereford subject to mutual agreement. It should be noted that the housing stock consists of both traditional and non traditional stock including low and high rise flats.

The estimated value of the Project is £35,000 per annum (p.a.) and £140,000 over the duration of the agreement (2 years + 1 + 1).
