BBC1122 - Demolition & Site Clearance Services, Hope Nursery, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN7 5LY

Broxbourne Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out demolition and site clearance services at Hope Nursery, Barrow Lane, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, EN7 5LY, a former glasshouse nursery.

The services comprise; location, disconnection and making safe of all services (electric, gas, water, telecommunications etc.); disconnection and temporary capping off of all foul and surface water drainage; demolition and removal from site of all structures (office buildings, glasshouses, mobile building, timber sheds, water storage tanks etc.); clearance of all debris and the grading of the site to leave level.
