Ofgem requires a supplier to undertake the delivery of circa 1500 site audits on the Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4 scheme) and provide additional support with desk audits. The supplier will be required to:
- review relevant documentation.
- assess each non-compliance and associated evidence.
- provide a detailed analysis of their overall assessment; and
- provide an enhanced risk assessment methodology (aka. Risk Matrix) and criteria for non-compliance found during audits. Ensuring non-compliance categorisation has a greater level of granularity.
