To support the content development of this workshop, the successful tenderer will carry out an analysis of the challenges and needs of the waste management sector in Sri Lanka based on desk data gathering and on the results of other relevant CLiP activity.

A short report should be prepared post workshop to summarise the topics discussed during the topic, key learnings and outputs of the workshop, and pictures/screenshot of the event.

For this element of work, the tenderer will be required to create contents for social media for outreach purposes. Cefas will also need access to these contents to share on the CLiP social media pages.

In addition to the above, the following is required:

1.The work needs to be delivered between 15th of February 2021 and end of financial year 2020/2021.
2.A breakdown of activities with expected timeline must occur within 10 days of the project commencement.
3.A final report including a copy of the presentation(s) given during the events and the number of attendees of each event must be provided before the end of the FY for approval by the Cefas representative.
4.A list of the stakeholders (attendees list which includes company affiliation, gender and role) involved in the activity
5.A copy of the presentation for inspection by Cefas scientists before the event
6.A report of the social media engagement obtained through posts related to the activities.
7.The exact delivery dates of the breakdown of activities, workshop date and final report within the time frames mentioned at points 3, 4 and 5 are to be agreed, in writing, between the successful Tenderer and Cefas

The successful Tenderer will be responsible for obtaining any permits or other legal requirements needed to complete and publish the work.
