WCC - Sale of Recyclables from Warwickshire Household Waste Recycling Centres 2017

The Council is seeking a contractor to meet its material reprocessing requirements for recyclable paper, card / cardboard, and mixed soft plastics arising at Warwickshire County Council Managed Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs), of which there are currently 8. The number of HWRCs (Collection Points) to be serviced may increase or decrease over the life of the contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the Council is expecting to receive an income from the sale of these materials.

Registration onto the portal is free and all relevant documentation will be available to bidders. Should bidders have queries regarding the procurement exercise, they are required to contact the Authority using the Correspondence function on the tendering portal.

Delivery Notes

Any queries or requests for clarification MUST be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification. Requests for clarification will be accepted until Friday 24th March 2017, 12 noon

Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: Friday 31st March, 12 noon.
