This Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of a shared, totally managed and hosted LMS for all four Authorities is issued by Wolverhampton City Council (The Authority) acting on behalf of Black Country Libraries in Partnership (BCLiP).
The proposed framework Agreement is for a period of 5 years with the option to extend for 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 years up to a potential maximum period of 10 years.
