Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.

The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to provision of a suitably qualified professional planner to work as a full time Project Manager in order to coordinate the commission, review and update of the PUSH evidence base in light of the implications of new Government legislation, policy and case law.

The requirement is for a full time Project Manager to dedicate 37 hours per week for the contract period, with the option of up to 4 weeks of unpaid leave to be taken if required.

Tenderers unable to dedicate 37 hours per week for the first three months of the contract may still be considered, on the basis that a minimum of 21 hours per week are worked during this initial period and the number of hours increases to 37 thereafter.

The value of this contract is capped at £90,000 per annum.

The initial contract period will be for 1 year extendable in increments to be agreed to a maximum of 2 years, subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
