Rugby Borough Council seeks to appoint a single contractor to deliver installation and modifications to bathrooms on Council properties for year 2015/2016. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering the bathrooms refurbishments works regardless of the number of properties proposed in any financial year. For 2015/16, it is proposed that the Employer will refurbish in the region of 150 properties. In 2016/17, 180 properties are proposed. These figures are to be used as estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Contractor is expected to demonstrate their ability to deal with varying demand.
