Housing Fire Safety Equipment Servicing and Maintenance

Regular servicing and reactive maintenance to the fire panels, alarms and fire extinguishers within the Council's housing stock. The contract includes minor remedial works arising from the inspections.

This Contract shall include the following Services:

• oResident Liaison
• oStatutory testing of schedule equipment
• oMaintaining of records and certification
• oDesign and scoping of remedial works

Additional information:

Completed ITT's may be submitted at any time before the closing date. Please note that the Authority reserves the right to exclude tenders received after the submission deadline.
