Contract for a Business Improvement District Feasibility Study and Ballot

Wyre Forest District Council wish to appoint a Contractor to provide a Business Improvement District (BID) feasibility study and ballot.

Wyre Forest District Council in conjunction with Kidderminster Town Team wishes to explore the potential for a Business Improvement District (a 'BID') covering the Town Centre, the geography of which may include the adjacent Weavers Wharf and Crossley Retail Parks and local centres in close surrounds such as Horsefair and Comberton Hill.

The work will be broken down into 2 Phases, the contract shall be for Phase 1 up to completion of the ballot, the contract may be extended for the delivery of the services for Phase 2.

The deadline for submissions is 2pm 17th January 2017 to the Due North portal.
