Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) NHS Trust aims to deliver quality community healthcare services to the population served.

The key aim of this service specification is therefore to procure a quality sleep therapy service that will be responsive to the needs of services across the trust and deliver a service that meets the requirements set by the CQC and NICE guidelines

To deliver a sleep therapy which is safe, evidence based and cost-effective whilst meeting the needs of different service users across CLCH.

The service provider is expected to provide a quality service in terms of standards of care, speed of response, capacity and robustness of organisation
The service provider is expected to provide high quality devices and a quality support service in terms of speed of response and robust maintenance of equipment.
The service provider needs to offer the Commissioner the assurance that the equipment provided is in line with MRHA requirements and that the services provided to support this equipment (remote monitoring, 24/7 customer contact support, meets Key performance Indicators that are supported by reports, audits and user feedback.
The service provided must be based on evidence-based best practice and be responsive to the needs of the Commissioner
