The proposal is to provide highways development management consultancy support to provide a responsive service to the Highways Development Management Team including:
| • | Providing timely responses to planning applications; |
| • | Assisting in the assessment of: Technical Notes; Scoping Assessments; Transport Assessments; Transport Statements and modelling supporting these; |
| • | Assessing the modelling requirements for MDAs; |
| • | Assist in assessment of Major Development Areas funded through PPAs; |
| • | Appeal/Inquiry Support; |
| • | Assessment of reserved matters applications; |
| • | Discharge of Condition Applications; |
| • | Attendance at meetings with developers in relation to specific applications; |
| • | Section 106 Negotiations; |
| • | Provide Highways Technical Expertise at planning committees. |
