Newcastle City Council, North Tyneside Council, North of Tyne Combined Authority, Northumberland County Council, and Advanced Northumberland (known collectively as 'the client group') wish to better understand the business community with the geographic area of Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland. North of Tyne Combined Authority, acting as the 'lead client', wishes to procure consultancy support to help develop, deliver and then analyse a programme of business survey activity that will yield statically credible data that can be used by the client group to help shape future activity.
