HCC - Oct 17 - Provision of Family Centre Services

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for The Provision of Family Centre Services.

This procurement is a one stage process. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to "express interest" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 04.12.2017.

To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on 04.12.2017.

The TUPE Staffing Information for this procurement has been provided along with other documentation for this procurement. TUPE related information must be treated as protected data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and must be kept confidential.

Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed. Organisations should seek independent legal advice on the implications of this prior to submitting their bid, where appropriate.

Please note that open days have been arranged for a number of the premises that will be used for the delivery of the services during the week Monday 23 to Friday 27 October 2017 to enable prospective tenderers to visit sites ahead of bid submission.
