Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to undertake the Wet room renewals programme for 2022-2026.
Approximately 22 wet rooms are to be refurbished each year over a four-year term that will be reviewed annually. The work will consist of replacing wet rooms at various Council owned properties throughout the Borough of Colchester.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
