Bolton at Home is seeking to commission a broker to undertake a number of facilitating actions to secure on-going supply of natural gas. The appointed Broker will work with the Bolton at Home Finance Team to devise a risk management strategy, establish a purchasing policy and run an OJEU compliant procurement exercise to secure the best value supply and then on-going industry bill management.
