The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) (‘the Authority’), seeks to appoint a Supplier to deliver a Scoping Study which makes clear, robust and evidenced recommendations for researching the business landscape across Nigeria at the State level and make recommendations as to how best the UK can broaden our prosperity and commercial engagement.
