Wyre Forest District Council is inviting tenders for their annual council tax billing and benefit award notification letters from 2017/18. The contract is required for a period of 3 years with the opportunity to extend for up to a further 2 years.

There are approximately 46,500 domestic properties within the district of Wyre Forest, of which 9,500 receive housing benefit and local council tax reduction scheme (CTRS) and a further 400 receive housing benefit only. The computer system the Council uses is Civica Open Revenues.

The requirement is to quote and provide a base stock of council tax bills for the purpose of the billing process.

To receive both council tax billing data and housing benefit/CTRS notifications in the form of an electronic file for the printing of all council tax bills, all benefit notification letters and landlord notification letters.
