Tunbridge Wells Borough Council wishes to appoint a specialist consultant to assist the Council with the development of a strategic management plan to cover the next 10 years to enhance the park, provide a framework for decisions and support opportunities to secure external funding. The 10 year period to be considered is 2019 - 2029.
