This is an invitation to tender services related to the delivery of a large-scale online survey for the University of Exeter (UOE). The services would partially fulfil research obligations that the University has to a European Union Horizons 2020 programme-funded project, “BlueHealth” (grant agreement number 666773).
The requirements of this tender are:
| 1. | The building, hosting and delivery of an online survey to multiple countries internationally using online consumer panels according to a number of mandatory criteria defined in the lot. |
| 2. | The translation of this survey from English into multiple European languages. |
Suppliers must bid for the whole package of works.
