Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the Design and Build of the redevelopment of the facilities provided at the Lawn Cemetery, Hatfield.
The development of a Cemetery and Crematorium Complex including:
- oFuneral chapel with cloister garden
- oVisitor waiting areas and reception
- oOffice administration areas
- oCrematory
- oGrounds maintenance workshop and mess yard
In addition to the Complex, the development is to also include:
- o76 space Carpark
- oMemorial Hall
- oCreation of memorial gardens including two ponds
- oRe-develop some of the existing roadways and create hard standing bays for inline parking.
