Provision of Library Stock to East Midlands & Mid Anglia Library (EMMAC) Consortium

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries Consortium (EMMAC) to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Library stock materials EMMAC Consortium consists of;

Cambridgeshire County Council

Creative Learning Services (CLS),

Derby City Council

Derbyshire County Council

Inspire; Culture Learning & Libraries (Midlands) (known as "Inspire") - Nottinghamshire County Council's library service operating as a charitable organisation

Inspire's Education Library Service (ELS)

Leicestershire County Council

Leicester City Council

Nottingham City Council

Peterborough City Council

Rutland County Council

Any resulting framework agreement will be entered into by Inspire as the lead member of the consortium.

The framework agreement will be split into 3 lots

Lot 1. Adult fiction, non-fiction books and standing orders

Lot 2. Children's and young adult fiction and non-fiction books, books for education library services; including non-fiction to support Foundation, KS1 and KS2 and some provision for KS3 and KS4 Lot 3. DVDs

A single provider is to be awarded for each lot.
