| - | Provide a robust and deliverable communication service to workstream leads and programme colleagues. |
| - | Examine ministerial and infrastructure priorities and effectively respond to the high volume briefing and commission requests on behalf of the infrastructure team. |
| - | Develop and manage responses to commissions and briefings ensuring the effective management of the full end-to-end process from commission to completion and maintain a knowledge repository. |
| - | Identify key infrastructure messages and maintain up-to-date tailored communications products for specific audiences on key programme issues. |
| - | Work in conjunction with others in the programme team to develop core lines/script. |
| - | Promote and encourage the early integration of strategic communication and infrastructure communications. |
| - | Review communication strategies to ensure integration across communication channels, identify any gaps and work with and through programme & strategic communications and press office colleagues in delivery. |
| - | Ensure consistency of voice, tone and message across all channels. |
