South Gloucestershire Council intends to appoint organisations to work in partnership with it to deliver highways and other civil engineering services in support if its Street Care section. This contract is for the supply and application of specialist surface treatments. This includes high friction surfacing, carriageway micro asphalt and footway slurry sealing.
