The Portman Children's Centre is located at 12 Salisbury Street, London NW8 8DE and was constructed circa 1950. It is a well-established multi-service community building located on the north eastern side of Salisbury Street, between Whitehaven Street and Broadley Street. The new proposed hub is underpinned by a service and officer culture, focussed on delivering the Council's 'City for All' vision.
