We require an Archive standard book scanner that has the following features:

We require an Archive standard book scanner that has the following features:

• Is able to accommodate A2 sized material
• has a resolution of 600dpi optical or above
• Has a V shaped adjustable cradle for support
• Has V shape or flat glass plate
• Has software package (preferably 3rd party on an external PC connected to the scanner) to allow capture and editing, including correction for folds, de-skew and cropping
• Has live preview
• Has inbuilt lights
• Complies with FADGI and/or ISO standards

In addition we require:

• oFootswitch
• oFlat Glass plate or interchangeable V shaped glass

We would welcome inclusion of intial set-up and familiaristion training as part of the response to tender, as well as information on intial and subsequent servicing costs.
