The scope of work is to include the stripping out works and replacement works in accordance with the bems specifications and all other documents included as part of the tender documentation.
This includes all making good works, the design and modification/installation of required mechanical and electrical works and any other works arising from or associated with the complete refurbishment of the areas identified.
