SCC LP Fire & Rescue Leadership Training Programme

The Surrey Fire and Rescue team urgently require an external provider to design and deliver a leadership programme for the 7 members of their current senior leadership team. The provider will be expected to design the programme in consultation with the Organisational Development lead to ensure the design and delivery fits with the current leadership offer, our leadership expectations, behaviour framework and organisational values. There will also be a specific need to for the provider to be able to understand the demands, requirements and context of the fire service in order to tailor the programme appropriately.
