The Council's requirement under this Contract is for the redevelopment of 13 Loewen Road, Chadwell St Mary. This involves the demolition of an existing building and the design and construction of four affordable residential properties, including external works, landscaping and car parking. Additional information: The contract value and dates shown are indicative only. The contract shall be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
