Construction of New Mixed Tenure Housing (with an Option to construct an Ambulance Depot) at Tower Court

The London Borough of Hackney seeks to award a single contract to a developer / contractor (or consortium) for the construction of new mixed tenure housing for the Tower Court regeneration as described below. At the time of going to advert there are two options. Only one option will be carried forward:

Option A

Four new mixed tenure residential blocks containing circa 132 homes, an ambulance depot and a monetary consideration for 80 private for sale homes to be paid to the Council.

Option B

Four new mixed tenure residential blocks containing circa 135 homes and a monetary consideration for 80 private for sale homes to be paid to the Council Monetary consideration is invited for The leases of circa 80 private-for-sale units. The private for sale units include 34No.1 bed units, 37No. 2 bed units and 9No. 3 bed units.
